Contacting My Higher Self

Right now….
this very moment….
THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR HIGHER SELF..

The only separation is in your mind

You see there is only one self in existence.
It has divided itself into all forms and beings you see.
YOUR VERY ‘ME’ IS ALL THE ‘ME’S!

A little hard to grasp at first but in this waking dream we call Beta
consciousness you are always watching the contents of your subconscious.

Just as in Delta consciousness (what we know as dreaming ),you are all the
characters and content, and it’s all taking place in your mind.

WHAT YOU CALL YOUR ‘MIND’ IS ACTUALLY THE VOID WHICH CONTAINS
ALL PATTERNS WHICH WE CALL ‘PHYSICAL REALITY’.

This is why many indigenous tribes require a psychedelic initiation into
adulthood…to have a first hand experience of this underlying truth.

This is what existence or your ‘self’ is always doing…
